Who can purchase your products?
We sell Shop Cell Block Legendz products nationwide in the continental U.S. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
No, we do not ship internationally outside of the U.S. If this changes, we will notify you via our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.
How much do you charge for shipping and delivery of your products?
We offer an upfront single flat shipping rate of $10.00 per order no matter how much or little product is ordered. This saves on shipping price research time and money when multiple and/or heavier items are purchased. We also offer free shipping for orders over $100.00. Our website shipping rates are exclusively for Shop Cell Block Legendz products.
How will I know when my order has been accepted and processed?
Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order, verifiable institution or agency check, or cashier’s check. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Cell Block Legendz reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We strive to accept and process orders for shipment, delivery, and tracking, when possible, to the best of our abilities via delivery methods such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and United States Postal Service mail.
Can I change or cancel an order that is already submitted?
We strongly suggest that you review your order before it is submitted. You may change an order at any time before it is submitted by deleting items from your shopping cart and re-adding the desired item(s). There is no limit on how many times you can delete and re-add items from and to your shopping cart before you submit your order. Once an order is submitted through our website, you cannot change or cancel it. If an order has been fulfilled, shipped, and/or delivered, you cannot change or cancel it. What forms of payment do you accept for orders?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing information (i.e. the address and phone number that your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect or omitted information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed prior to the fulfillment of your order.
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and verifiable agency and institution checks in U.S. Dollars only. For personal checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25.00 fee on all returned checks.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York State. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Shop Cell Block Legendz apparel and non-apparel orders are generally fulfilled in 2-7 business days and shipped and delivered 3-5 business days after fulfillment. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, deliveries may take two to four weeks or less. No orders are processed or shipped on holidays or weekends (Saturdays or Sundays) and orders that are shipped across the country may take longer.
During the Christmas season and other special occasions, we encourage you to place orders ahead of time to increase expected delivery arrival times. Keep in mind that if you provide us with incorrect or omitted information pertaining to a Shop Cell Block Legendz order such as an incorrect name, address, zip code, payment method, etc., then your order may be delayed. You will need to provide us with the correct information for your order to be accepted, processed, shipped, and delivered.
If I order more than one product or order, will I receive my orders at the same time or in one shipment?
For a multiple product Shop Cell Block Legendz order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Some products may be shipped separately because they are packaged differently. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received and approved by us for return. We do not issue a store credit or partial refunds. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. You must contact us before returning any products.
Reasons for Returns:
• Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
• Unclaimed/Refused - Shipments that go unclaimed/refused are returned to us and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
We do not refund orders for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• The customer decided they no longer want the item and/or changed their mind
• The item was ordered in error
• Merchandise is non-defective
• Incorrect size exchanges. We provide apparel size guidelines in our product descriptions.
• Using our sole Cell Block Legendz discretion to decide that we refuse to accept a returned item or item exchange request for any or no reason
Where do I send approved returned products?
If you wish to return damaged or defective product(s), you must contact us first via email at [email protected] or phone at (877) 747-1077 in order for us to review your request for approval or denial. We require one or more unaltered clear and visible photos to be submitted via email for us to review the matter to determine if reshipment will begin. It is always best to include photo verification with your initial report to avoid delays. If we require a physical return of a product, we will provide you with a return address. In this case, you will need to include the order number, name, address, phone number, product name, and price. We do not accept any walk-ins at this time.

What if one or more of your products are out of stock? Can I still get it/them on backorder?
No, we DO NOT have a Back Order policy! If an item is out of stock, you must wait until the item is back in stock to order.
Is there a limit on the number of items I can order from your Shop Cell Block Legendz store?
No, there is no limit to the number of items that can be ordered from our Shop Cell Block Legendz store. However, products may not be available if they are out of stock and we do not have a Back Order policy.
Do you plan on expanding your product lines for your Shop Cell Block Legendz store?
Yes, we plan on expanding our product availability in the future for our Shop Cell Block Legendz store as they become available.
Are there any products that you have discontinued?
